Terms of Use – GreenTunnel VPN
These Terms of Use govern your use of GreenTunnel VPN, provided by CellHubs ("we", "us"). By using GreenTunnel VPN you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GreenTunnel VPN for lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell GreenTunnel VPN except as permitted by law.
- Do not use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Purchases & subscriptions
GreenTunnel VPN can be used for free. Some features or the removal of ads may be offered as optional in-app purchases: one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. The name, content, price and billing period of each product are shown in the app and in the store before you confirm.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices include applicable taxes and are shown in your local currency by the store.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials & offers. If a free trial or introductory price is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your store account settings (iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) (Android: Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore purchases. Use “Restore purchases” in the app to recover purchases on a new or reinstalled device signed in to the same store account (or app account).
- Price changes. If a subscription price changes, the store notifies you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent before the new price applies.
Refunds
Because purchases are processed by the store, refunds are handled under the store’s refund policy:
- App Store: refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Apple’s guide Request a refund for apps or content.
- Google Play: refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. Within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund from Google in your Google Play order history. After 48 hours, contact us at [email protected] with your order number (it starts with “GPA.”); we review requests fairly and in line with Google Play’s policies and the law.
When a purchase is refunded, the related content or features are removed. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Advertising
GreenTunnel VPN is supported by third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products they promote.
Content & accuracy
GreenTunnel VPN is provided for general information and convenience. Content such as dates, questions or lookup results may change or contain errors; verify important information with the relevant official source.
Intellectual property
GreenTunnel VPN, its design and content are owned by CellHubs or its licensors. Third-party names and open-source components remain the property of their owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
GreenTunnel VPN is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CellHubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of GreenTunnel VPN.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to GreenTunnel VPN if you breach these terms. You may stop using it at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Apps from the Apple App Store
If you downloaded GreenTunnel VPN from the App Store, these terms are an agreement between you and CellHubs, not Apple. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and in case of conflict it governs your use of the app on Apple devices. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
